Good work deserves real support.
The Bee Fund is a small grants program for Vermonters leading community-driven projects.
What we fund.
Community-led projects that bring neighbors together around a shared purpose, strengthen local connection and resilience, and create real, on-the-ground impact in Vermont.
Gatherings & dinners
Potlucks, town gatherings, community meals — the reasons to leave the house.
Land & conservation
Trail days, river cleanups, meadow restoration, and the tools to do them.
Skill shares
Repair cafes, sourdough nights, bike clinics, and neighbors teaching neighbors.
Mutual aid & care
Food drives, warm-clothing swaps, and neighbors looking out for each other.
Who can apply.
The Bee Fund is open to anyone organizing community activities through Bee. Post your project on the app, then tell us what funding would make possible.
Grants cover supplies, food, equipment, and whatever it takes to bring people together.
Grants range from
$50–$500
No grant-writing degree required.
Tell us the plan
A short form, in your own words. What you’re doing, who it’s for, and what it’d take.
We’ll be in touch
We read every one. If it’s a fit, we reach out fast — no committees, no jargon, no waiting for months.
Put it to work
Funds go toward supplies, food, and gear. Then you gather your neighbors and make it happen.
Tell us what you’re building.
